I've just got to share with you the cutest pin cushions ever!

Plus I'm super excited to get this one,
because it was actually a suggestion I made to the artist that she turned into a real product!
The artist is alleluja on etsy,
and she's been making necklace pin cushions for a while,
I have a few of them and they're lovely...
but they're kitties who end up hanging upside-down...
so, I suggested she make a bat (if the idea interested her)
since they hang upside-down naturally...
and she did!
Her packaging is super cute too:
First you get a lovely note and fun, mysterious package with business cards:

It's touches like this that bring a smile to my face.
Look at how pretty the packaging is!
Wrapped up safe and sound inside is the wee bat!
And each pincushion comes with a cute, beaded pin :)
Anyways, yes, for those of you who sew, these little guys are so worth it :)

DeleteWell, you can always justify it with the size of those pin cushions. How many needles and pins do you have? And how many one of these pin cusions can take? See? Simple math. xD

DeleteI'm not good in sewing, I haven't a steady hand and I stabbed my fingers with the needle very often, but I'd like to have one of this cuties :-)
ReplyDeleteMaybe it could be a weapon against annoying sisters? When they're too much, just poke em with the needle? XD (but yes, they make very cute jewelry... regardless of being pin cushions!)
