but since we can't order anything from them anyways if we're outside of Japan,
it's really news for shopping services and locals, not so much us.

Honestly, I have no idea about this stuff,
other than it's out there,
and evidently available to buy in the stores.
I'm not sure if they'll ever be offering this online or not.
