Twins?

I will often times have two of the same kind of doll,

especially with Pure Neemos...

but I rarely consider them "twins"...

but these two girls, my little Rabbit Mia gals,

are absolutely twins,

even if they're not identical!

Do you have any doll twins?

Are they identical twins, or not?

What do you guys think about all the Dollshow 42 Azone dolls?

Azone dropped quite a few new releases at the latest Doll Show...

What do you guys think of them?

Series 11 was announced!

It's called "Wonderland"

and it looks like it will be filled with collaboration work between Azone and popular designers.

I'm interested to see what they come up with!

Preorder period:

NOW- May 19th

(remember, in the USA, May 19th will really fall on May 18th, because of time differences)

Her release date is scheduled for "August"

All the leaves are brown...

This last weekend,

little miss Bambi Raili

had an outdoor adventure!

Raili: Hi!

Raili: I got a delicious Salted Caramel Mocha!

Raili: This place was so peaceful and quiet!

Raili: There were weird mushrooms...

Raili: and normal ones.

Raili: Then we stopped at Fishtown!

Raili: There were fish there...

Raili: and boats and stuff too.

Raili: Thanks for stoppin by!

Happy Birthday to Me!

Today is my birthday,

and Nina and Squeak have been very thoughtful:

Me: Awwww... thanks guys!

*overheard later*

Nina: Omigosh, Heather's Birthday is so stressful!

Squeak: I know, right???

Me: Hey! How exactly is it stressful for the Neemos???

Ex Cute Girl of the Forest/ White Cat Aika

Here's the newest girl to join the crew...

 Ex☆Cute ♪ Neko-San / Aika (White Version)

Other than being a part of the Forest Girl series, there is something else unique about this girl...
she is the first Aika to have this facial expression!

Usually Aika has a devious little smile like this:
(this is a company pic of the other Aika I have, from the witch series)

©Azone

As you can see, quite the difference...

and I love them both!!

Hehe, she's chasing the laser pointer XD

Like all of the other Forest Girls, this Aika's outfit is made up of delicate, beautiful layers.

I am *totally* impressed with the design and quality of the outfits from this series.

Haha, it looks like we caught her in the middle of doing something bad XD

Here's a closeup of the adorable outfit detail... the tiny lace, the tiny bead buttons, the cute fuzzy purse, the triple layered skirt, it's all just exquisite.

She also came with this cute kitty hoodie/scarf/glove piece.

And of course, the animal-appropriate tail attached to her bloomers XD

This tail has wiring in it, so it's very poseable.

She also came with the standard brown tunic that all these Forest girls are coming with...

each one is slightly different, but not by much!

I gather that it's the outfits they're supposed to wear in their "animal" form.

Here is her very odd little story on the Azone site

(I blame Google Translate)

"Komorebi Woods Neko-San."
Wandered into the Woods in addition
Prank like lost kittens "Aika"
Turned into a human girl in cute clothes admiration!

"Alone, though, fear not!..."
Disturbing and full of pounding
-Cat "Aika" the beginning of the story.

... full... of pounding... 0_0 Hahahahaha! OMG.

Details:

Hair color: Ivory gold
Eye color: Wicked purple
Mask design: omoiataru
Body: Flection S (New style with better posing)
Set includes: cat ear hood scarf, headband, cardigans, Camisole, socks,
Boots, bag, camisoles, bloomers

Everything about this little gal is adorable,

and I highly recommend picking one up if you're thinking about it.

Unfortunately, she's no longer available first-hand,

and must be obtained through sites such as

ebay or Mandarake.

Friday Azone Update

What's going on in the wonderful world of Azone?

 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

Well, let's start off with the latest in dolls available for Preorder!

As with all Azone Preorders... if you see it and want it, PREORDER IT IMMEDIATELY.

Usually, when they go "order stop"... that's it, you've missed your chance...

and Azone products are *NEVER* an unlimited preorder.

1/6 scale, Pure Neemo Asuna, Titania ver.

Asuna is a character from the anime Sword Art Online

You can Preorder her HERE

©Azone

This is the first Pure Neemo I've seen with elf ears... which is kind of exciting...

BUT, I won't be ordering her, I'm not too keen on her outfit,

and I want to know how these ears attach.

Are they soft like the head?

Do they come off?

I have no idea.

1/3 scale, Azone Madoka Kaname

Madoka is from the anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica

You can Preorder her HERE

©Azone

I am *sorely* tempted to order this girl... but I've already preordered two Volks DDs coming out in August and a different Azone girl coming in June, so I've got to cut back... plus her rooted hair worries me (I can see myself battling to keep it styled and looking cute)... but man, seriously tough to pass this one up.

•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

Now for some new products that are soon to be released!

I found these images via ohnoraptors...

but since ohnoraptors lives in the US, and these are Azone store pics (or maybe a toy fair or some other like event...not in the US either way)... I'm not sure who the proper credit should go to for these photos.

A New Version of Minami Sensei!

Still cute as a button, Minami Sensei gets a new hairdo, new eye color and new outfits.

Evidently she's the school's swim coach XD

Release Date: June, 2013

Silver Fox Lien

Why she's not a little red fox, I have no idea, it would have been more in keeping with the whole "Forest Animal" theme (since it's usually red foxes that are depicted with this type of style)

But alas, I guess that's just an opportunity for more color variation releases later, lol.

Release Date: June, 2013

Another friggin pink Chiika

I really hate that they make me want to order her badly. Her slightly wavy hair, her SUPER cute outfits... damn them. How many pink haired Chiikas does a girl need, anyways?

Release Date: July, 2013

New Student, currently unnamed

She's a cutie, but I won't be buying her in this outfit, I already have a million Neemo schoolgirl outfits. I'll wait to see some of her outfit/hair/eye variants before I buy one.

Who knows, though, maybe this will be like the promo pic of Lien's mom...

where there is a prototype, and that's it.

Release Date: ???
