[The Toy Box] Blind Bag My Little Pony... not so blind!

Heyloo!

Madoka here, trying to invent new ways to say Hello! Hehe!

Today we talk about My Little Pony Blind Bag ponies... which are the perfect size for us Neemos. Not true 1/6th scale... but still fun to play with.

They come in these cute little bags that they call "Blind Bags" because you're not supposed to be able to tell what is in them...

But I know a secret...

If you know where to look, you can tell which pony is in each bag! Let me show you...

On the back side of the package there is the long seam that runs the length of the packaging...

If you fold that up... on one of the ends... you can find a little imprinted number.
Every number corresponds with a specific pony!!
Numbers 22, 23 and 24 are the special sparkle ponies!!!

I really love mine!!!!

Especially Sparkly Pinkie Pie :)
I hope this helps you guys get the ponies you want!!

ps, here is the list for Series 1:
1 - Pinkie Pie
2 - Applejack
3 - Rainbow Dash
4 - Rarity
5 - Twilight Sparkle
6 - Fluttershy

[The Toy Box] Mini Lalaloopsy Suzette La Sweet

Hi again!
I don't know what I've done, but Heather has gotten me more toys!!!
Well, more dollies, to be exact.

She saw how much I liked the other Lalaloopsy, and went and got me more!
This time she got me

Suzette La Sweet

who is just the most adorable little Lalaloopsy ever! Let's take a closer look!

Her little pink puppy is just so cute, and her pudding is PERFECTLY sized for us Pure Neemos...it's like she wants to share with us!!

Her cake and fan are adorable as well... a little small for Pure Neemo scale, but still workable... but the detail on the cake is really great!

Suzette La Sweet is one of the cutest LalaLoopsy I've ever seen... look at her pink frilly dress with the elbow length sleeves and ruffles, look at the ruffled socks and the pretty light blue shoes with pink bows... and her lovely white hair with pink ribbons!!! She's just so elegant!

Finally, there is the back of her box... how lovely is that landscape?? Wouldn't anyone like to live there?! I think I love the candy in the glass jars the best! I hope I have candy like that someday!!!

Thanks for checking in!

[The Toy Box] Toffee Cocoa Cuddles Lalaloopsy

Hi all! It's me, Madoka!
Today we're going to look at:

Toffee Cocoa Cuddles Mini Lalaloopsy

Heather said she saw this and thought I might like it.
SHE WAS RIGHT!!!

I love having a little ragdoll of my own!
Of course, these guys kind of remind me of Coraline... which is kind of scary... but Heather assures me that no one is after my soul... at least not anymore.
I don't know what she means by that "not anymore" bit, but either way, it's good to know.

Anyhow, Heather says they usually come out with special holiday Lalaloopsys at Target... but there wasn't one for Valentines Day, so she thinks this was their answer to Valentines Day... it just wasn't Target exclusive. Let's get a closer look at her, shall we?

 I really like her accessories!
Most of it is too small to be in scale with me (1/6 scale) but the chocolates could work nicely for a box of chocolates for a Pure Neemo!

I also really love the rest of her accessories... the little mailbox, flowers and puppy are SO cute... and very pink, which is one of my favorite colors!!

I never understand why they give Mini Lalaloopsy things to hold... when they have no way to hold them???

The back of her box is also awesome... and the boxes can be made into little mini dollhouses for the Lalaloopsy girls!

It kind of looks like the house the witch from Hansel and Gretel would have. I'm really scared of witches... even though I know some very nice ones now... they still scare me.
Then there is the girl herself!

I love how she is pink with brown accents... you know I love anyone with pink hair... and she even has hers up in little pigtails, just like me! I wish I had a dress as cute as hers!
Anyhow, she's the only Lalaloopsy I have with eyes that aren't black... so that makes her special to me... plus I like how her dress looks like a cupcake, and how she has ribbons in her hair, because I have ribbons for my hair too... but it makes me sad to wear them and I don't know why.
I hope her ribbons don't make her sad too!

[Goodwill Hunting] Easter Finds!

Hello again!
Today we found some really lovely Easter type items in our scale!

There were two glass Easter eggs and a lovely basket (it's really ceramic, but it looks woven!) that will make awesome decorations for the holiday.

We also found the blue beaded necklace you see... it's really pretty, and has very fine chain, in case Heather wants to make jewelry for us... plus all the beading can be broken down into different necklaces... that is... if Heather doesn't decide to just keep it for herself.

[Goodwill Hunting] Today's finds!

Hello!
Heather decided that I should be in charge of the section [Goodwill Hunting] in which I reveal the fabulous things we find at Goodwill.

Heather and I go almost every weekday at lunchtime, thanks to her coworker wanting to go (haha, otherwise Heather couldn't get there on her own!... wait... I guess that's not funny... at least, Madoka says it's not nice to laugh... oops)
Anyhow, here's what we found today!

The vase would have to be a floor vase for us PNs, but for Dollfie Dream girls, it would work out as a regular flower vase! The fabric is a cute, ice cream cone pattern that Heather wants to use to make us shirts! She's been trying to figure out the pattern, but it hasn't worked for her the way she wants it to yet!

Finally, the shell necklace... there was another blog where they were building a beautiful summer home, and they had little shells that they'd made into hermit crabs... well, we PNs saw that and we all want our own pet hermit crab now... so Heather's got to get to work!

Anyways, thanks for stopping by! Those were our finds for today!!!

[Such a Doll] [ Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magika | Miki Sayaka ] (school uniform)

Good Afternoon, everyone!
Twig here!

It's time for the formal introduction of Miki!

Or, to use her full name:

[ Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magika | Miki Sayaka ] (school uniform)

She's Madoka's best friend, and pretty darn cute!

Miki, unlike Madoka, is a M size body.

Madoka: I love Miki... she's my best friend!!

She does come in their same ol' school uniform, so my review for that is the same as my review for Madoka's... stupid attached bow!

She comes in a box pretty much identical to Madoka's, except this particular Miki came with a sticker saying she's from Wonderfest... which means she also came with...

Twig: GAH, always with the screaming when they see these white cats... what's the deal?

4 Kyubey's, 3 of which were exclusive to the event.

She also comes with little metal barrettes that I haven't photographed yet, because I don't want to take them out... I'm afraid if I use them, I'll lose them!!! XD

Overall, she's cute as heck... one more Magical Girl rescued!!!

On a side note... I have been making buttons lately :)

[The Toy Box] Uglydoll Lucky Uckys

Wow! Hi guys, I mean, WOW!
This is my first post ever!
I'm so glad that they decided to let me do something here too!
I mean, so far I've just been helping out, and that's been a lot of fun, but... WOW!
Now I get to show you guys neat stuff too!

I really hope you enjoy it!
I'm in charge of [The Toy Box]
where I'll be sharing Pure Neemo and other 1/6 size toys!

Today, I share with you...
Uglydoll Lucky Uckys!

These guys come in a pack of 4 for about $5, and there are 60 different versions to collect!
They are made from a solid, but flexible plastic (you can wiggle their ears and hands) and come in solid colors that correspond to the fortune they give you (see the picture below).

These little guys are the PERFECT size uglydolls for Pure Neemos like me, and other 1/6 dolls!
They are small and easy to hold, and the colors are very fashionable.

These little guys are very sturdy, and can stand by by themselves easily.

I prefer the pink bat, myself!! He matches me so well! I think I will keep him and share the others with my other Pure Neemo friends... although I may need to go back and get more packages... everyone might want one!

[Such a Doll] [ Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magika | Kaname Madoka ] (school uniform)

Twig again... please don't hate me!
I've been here several times these last few weeks... more than anyone else... I think the other girls might be getting a little jealous. It's making me nervous!

Anyways, it's new doll time again!
You might have seen her around already, but I'd like to introduce you to Madoka, her official name is:

[ Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magika | Kaname Madoka ] (school uniform)

She is still available for purchase at places like Hobbylink Japan (www.hlj.com)
for about $180 USD shipped via EMS...
and trust me, you want EMS shipping.
[[Click here for a direct link to Madoka]]

I think she's still around because she's a little pricey compared to non-character dolls... but she's so cute (and so nice!) that, in my opinion, she's worth the extra dollars.

Here she is in her box, unopened:
Twig: *taptaptap* Hello, Madoka!

Her box was made of cardboard, which is not the usual for Pure Neemos. They usually come in quite the stylish plastic box. This box WAS shiny, however, and had holographic type on it:
Twig: Oooh, magical type!

All Pure Neemos come nestled into molded plastic that is shaped to hold them tight, with another molded plastic cover taped down over them. I hear it makes for a very comfortable trip.
However, unlike every other Pure Neemo that has ever arrived here, Madoka was the only one to show up without a "Pure Neemo Care" manual, or information booklet on that specific Pure Neemo.
Hmm, wonder why?
Twig: I'll get you out quick, Madoka! Don't worry!!

This Madoka comes dressed in her school uniform, which, in terms of Pure Neemo outfits, is neither the best nor most exciting. Don't get me wrong, the quality of the outfit is great, and I'm sure the skirt will be very useful for mixing and matching, but I was a little annoyed at how the big red bow was sewn onto the white shirt.
Usually, Pure Neemo bows and neckties are separate, with a little hook in the back, so you can use them with any outfit... but not Madoka's big red bow, it's sewn directly onto the shirt. :(

Madoka comes with Kyubey (the show's magical mascot), extra hands and red bows for her hair.
The red bows are awesome, because they snap on, making them really easy to put on and take off, and then they won't become untied.
Madoka: Let's not let him out, ok?

Overall, I'm really thrilled to meet Madoka, and super happy that she's going to be living here now. She's so cute with her pink hair and stylized eyes. :)
The only major difference between her and the promo pics is her hair, which is not as stylized and messy when she gets to you. That can probably be fixed with some minor styling though!
