Say Hello to Ruruko!

Ruruko is the latest release from Petworks
(you can order her here: http://petworks.ocnk.net/product-list/65)

My Ruruko is the first release... here is her default:
(my crappy, yellow pic does a terrible job at showing the color ;_;)
She also came with a little pillow.

She is supposedly Momoko's little sister...
but uh...

Yeah, not so much with the heads being in scale -_-;;
Momoko looks disgusted, LOL.

There have been 4 different versions of her released so far...
although each release is literally just an outfit or hair change...
their faces are all exactly the same:
Here is mine, Frill Cami (on the left) with Apron Dress (on the right)

Since Ruruko's come on an Azone XS Pure Neemo body,
you can easily switch them onto any Azone Pure Neemo (Fresh Skintone) body...
although the L looks a little funny... but here she is on a S:

The fact that you can switch out her body gives you many more clothing options.

Ruruko: What about Christmas though?
Me: Uhm, huh?

Ruruko: You should talk about Blinkydoll's Boutique and their awesome Christmas stuff.
Me: Oh... Oh yeah! So... you all know I love Blinkydoll's... and right now they've got some really awesome holiday decorations. My favorite being this tree! This one is the taller option, but there is a really adorable shorter one too.

Ruruko: You can get extra ornaments too, and it comes with a nifty glass bowl... that of course Heather forgot to take a picture of.
Me: HEY! (although she's right, I did)

Ruruko: The little ornaments hang on with little hooks!

Ruruko: The little stand that the tree is on is by Blinkydoll's Boutique as well!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!

It's not quite the wardrobe to Narnia...

... but boy is it close!

I CANNOT sing high enough praises for the work of Tony at

He works mainly in 1/12th scale... but I asked him if he'd be willing
to make me a 1/6th scale wand cabinet for
the Majokko Shop, and he agreed...

and this is the beautiful piece he created:

It is made from antique English Walnut timber which was originally
part of a Victorian writing slope that was broken and beyond repair
so the cabinet is made of solid walnut dating from around 1880.

Ella decided to do a little modeling for me. :)

Inside there are 3 wands!
Two of them have Cornish Quartz topping them, the third has an Amethyst sphere.
Two are made of wood, one of bone (I'm sorry, I need a better pic of the one made of bone)
They are ALL beautiful.

(The wands are out of order... the Bone one should be on the bottom, and the crooked wooden one should be in the middle... I'm sorry Tony, I FAILED! *weep*)
Each wand has a painting behind it that correlates to the type of wand it is.

The corners are embellished with Paula Shell, which is very beautiful!

The bottom drawer is functioning and an excellent spot for storage!

In the center is a genuine carved Victorian cameo that was once part of a piece of mourning jewelry... this piece fascinates me endlessly.

This is by far, the coolest doll thing I own.
Tony is a master.
This piece is beautiful and filled with history.

THANK YOU, TONY!

... and anyone who hasn't clicked that link I posted at the top to check out Tony's work by now...
DO IT!
Seriously, his site is a feast for the eyes!
